Put The Shine on Your Confidence!

A person’s speech, body language, and behavior are cues as to the level of self-confidence he or she has.  These cues (i.e. self-confidence, self-esteem, positive thinking) guides the decisions people make throughout their lives.  By believing in oneself, fears and negative thinking are less likely to drive his or her actions.  Therefore, self-confidence creates a “can do” attitude.  Although self-confidence does not necessarily mean a person will be successful, having self-confidence is a critical factor towards achieving success. 
Self-confidence can be created and/or maintained in a number of ways.  Some people feel better about themselves when dressing nicely.  Others may feel good when driving a freshly washed car.  Even the people we are around can boost our self-confidence.  By being aware of when you are most confident, your able to focus on building confidence more often through those channels.
